Retro Gold CoverGod! This makes me feel old! Remember Mega Apocalypse, Morpheus, Cauldron, Zoids or Raise the Titanic? I used to love all those on my old CBM64, and there's 235 megs worth of Commodore games ready to go.

I didn't use a Spectrum for very long, but I can think of a few I'd like to play again, Hungry Horace, err, umm, Horace goes Skiing, errrr, ummmm, Horace and the spiders, and loads more (honest!). 175 meg of these. The file sizes for the Spectrum games are a lot smaller than for the C64 games, so you actually get more of them in less space.

There's approximately 1,200 C64 games and 3,000 Spectrum ones. Included are MagiC64, two versions of Frodo, A64 and the AXF 64 emulators to play them on. On the Spectrum side of it they've included ZXAM which has several configurations to suit your machine, plus there are emulators for PC users which caters for almost everyone.

I spent hours and hours playing with this disk, it was great, unfortunately I couldn't get Koronis Rift to work though! The main problem is that there's no list of what games are in each directory, and you'll find some files are duplicated under different names (this wouldn't have happened if they'd made some sort of list). Plus you'll need some sort of an accelerator to get the best from these emulators, even on a 40 Mhz 030 most of the C64 stuff only ran at half speed.

If you're into nostalgia and don't have room for any more machines on your desk-top, this is the disk you've been waiting for.
