- Identify Health and Safety training needs, design and delivery
of training programmes and monitoring progress.
- Advice and assistance with latest regulations such as COSHH,
display screen equipment, manual handling, risk assessments, etc.
- Carry out an audit of your Company's Personnel activities
and evaluate current practices and compliance with legislation.
- Produce written statements of terms and conditions as part
of the Contract of Employment.
- Drafting policies on a range of topics such as disciplinary
procedure, dismissal, redundancy, equal opportunities, maternity,
harassment, etc.
- Identification of training needs, design and delivery of training
programmes and monitoring progress.
- Assisting with recruitment, selection and induction of new
employees.
- You will be investing in one of your major assets - your employees.
- You will have up to date professional advice - when you need
it.
- You (or your Managers if you prefer) will have personal contact
with someone who understands your needs.
